Today's 5 Minute Summer fun is one my kids beg me to buy at every parade and fair we go to. DIY Balloon Yo Yo's, super simple and another great one for birthday party favors.

Supplies needed
Balloons - the type you fill with helium
8 - 10 rubber bands for each Yo Yo to make or One over sized rubber band

Instructions
Fill balloon with water to the size of a golf ball then fill with air to the size of a baseball or softball
Tie knot in balloon opening.
Make a rubber band chain the length you would like to use as your Yo Yo string. Tie to the balloon where you tied the knot
