I have very little will power when it comes to my sweet tooth and it doesn't help that my kids have a nice stash of sweets around the house.
According to a recent survey* commissioned by Popsicle, nearly 80%
of moms admit to breaking into their children's arsenal of snacks
and desserts. Because of this, the survey revealed that the foods
moms try most to avoid having in the house are candy and baked goods.
The dessert dilemma that moms face is two-fold:
* Three in four moms agree it's a challenge to find desserts
and snacks the kids enjoy and that are not bad for them.
*60% of moms agree it's tough to find desserts and snacks
that satisfy both their kids and themselves
You as a MOM may not know that there are actually snacks that both you and your
kids will love!
Popsicle and Fudgsicle offer a variety of better- for-you treats, including Low Fat Fudgsicle Triple Chocolate bars and Sugar Free Popsicle Tropicals ice pops.
So, yes we can begin our New Years resolutions and still make our sweet tooth happy.
*The Popsicle(r) Survey was a nationally representative online survey
of 500 American mothers with kids under 18 living at home. The
interviews were conducted between November 2 and 6, 2009.
