Spring is around the corner. Time to fill those Easter baskets with delicious treats from Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier. Gail is offering delightful chocolate bunnies at her retail location at 2086 Atwood Avenue, Madison, Wis., and online at www.gailambrosius.com
These Yummy adorable bunnies add that extra special touch to your child's Easter basket or even make the perfect sweet hostess gift, table favor, teacher gifts of the just because you Love Some bunny gift this Easter.
Details of the bunnies available include:
Floppy-Eared Bunnies. These adorable, semi-solid bunnies are available in milk and dark chocolate. They come in three sizes: Small ($5), Medium ($10) and Large ($25).
Foil-Wrapped Bunnies. These bite-sized bunnies are made of 70 percent Colombian dark chocolate and wrapped in brightly colored foil ($3.50 for bag of six).
All chocolates are made by hand in small batches at the Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier shop on Atwood Avenue in Madison, Wis.
There are no preservatives. Ambrosius’ chocolates are fresh and should be eaten within two weeks, much like bakery items.
Ambrosius uses only the freshest organic ingredients and prefers to purchase products close to home whenever possible.
All chocolates are gluten-free. With the exception of truffles and other ganache-filled products, most are vegan (excluding sauce).
Ambrosius’ chocolates are available for purchase at the shop, through retailers in the Madison area, and online at gailambrosius.com. Chocolates are not available for shipping internationally.
