I really wanted to take my tripod on vacation with me but of course my 'real' tripod is too big and too heavy. So I made a quick trip to London Drugs to see what they might have. Luckily, there was this neat little travel tripod - the Optex DPT175. It fits into a suitcase like a dream and unfolds to three different heights. I would highly recommend it for travelling, especially by air. It comes with a little bag that can be carried like a backpack - truly indispensable! The trusty assistant, however, is not available!
