Make a wish - thank you.

A lovely little fairy offering a star for those that deserve one. She has been handcut from an old, unwanted and severely neglected antique dessert spoon salvaged from a local charity shop.

After delicately drawing and cutting the design out from the 'bowl' of the spoon, I carefully file and polish the piece. A secure, locking brooch fitting is then fitted on the back.

Handcrafted and completely recycled.

Well we made it to the future, 2010. Twenty Ten sounds good to me. To celebrate such a futuristic sounding year we are living in i have 'knocked up' a new Hairy Growler website. Please all flock to the website. I have made several new changes, including new pieces of jewellery, new and improved images of my work, new categories, a new recycling workshop area, etc.

In addition i am proud to announce that we have a excellent creative writer on board who is going to make attempts to juice up me limited vocab! Stephanie Robinson. I shall be back soon... i know, barely believable, but there is a nugget of optimism in my typing.
