where is the fork n spoon jewellery?

Well what a credit crunchy wunchy christmas. I must thank all of my customers whose purchases and moral support over these past few months have helped greatly!! I have been able to keep making my strange little things out of spoons , which is fab. The gecko fork http://www.hairygrowler.com/egeckobangle.htm has proved to be a firm favourite with a few of my regular customers. So i thought i would include a little picture of it being shaped from the fork for those who may be interested but not not seen it being made. Whateva, yeah i know, i am a sado, craftsman, geek. And proud! This, as usual is probably not making any sense as its late and i have been up late for ages and ages now. I need to hibinate in a warm, cosy place until spring.

nite nite.

Hairy Growler Jewellery - Christmas repurposed and recycled jewellery orders flying in!!!

Just finished this lovely design that i have been working on for ages. The first attempt was displayed at Glastonbury Festival 2008 and was well received with lots of positive interest. I know a few of youse who subscribe to this blog will be pleased to see it! Anyway, from the begining of the new year i will have this on the website. It is made from 7 pure silver coins and takes ages to create, but is such great fun to make. I am lovin it.... Remember to visit www.hairygrowler.com / www.hairygrowler.co.uk to see lots of lovely new recycled jewellery designs.

Have a lovely christmas and thank you for all the fab, supportive orders.

The Hairy Growler recycled Christmas rush...

And i am rushing my nip nip's off! The http://www.hairygrowler.com/ and http://www.luckysixpencejewellery.co.uk/ websites are quite busy. Thankfully this is a quieter period for http://www.littlecheekchops.co.uk/ celebration, wedding and birth spoon site, otherwise i would be in trouble. These spoons consume so much time to create, it would be a disaster if i had lots of requests for these! Hopefully i will be in a position to keep accepting commissions until around the 13th December and definitely still taking website orders until the 21st!! Although this is leaving it quite fine. Mostly drunk blokes ordering at about 3 am!! Still welcome though!!!

This cute little apple tree brooch seems to be a real favorite this year which is cool as i love making them! Hanging the wee apples in different positions, adding roots, leaves, etc. You know me, fiddling and playing. Oh, its a cold one. Better keep on moving around the workshop. Be back soon.

With butterflies i promise. An episopde of Fringe just reminded me!!

byeeee.
