Cute little fairies - handmade and repurposed

A beautiful and simple brooch hand pierced from the 'bowl' of an old, negelected antique dessert spoon.The gorgeous little fairy is sketched on the spoon and then cut, drilled, filed and polished. The final result is quite lovely. The brooch as a simple and effective locking catch on the reverse. Completely green, ethcial, original and whimsically beautiful.

Hairy Growler

Lets give this a bash...

Okay, this is a first attempt at creating some sort of regular connection with those who might be interested in whats going on in the hairy growler workshop! Regular clients, customers, friends and family sometimes ask whats new, how the workshop is looking or not looking!

I am hoping it will be a great way to show new designs and possible 'lines' way before i would have a chance to create website pages for them. So it will be a bit like our stall at Cambridge All Saints market, where many designs are created and sold without ever making it online for the wider audience!

It wont be all talking shop!! Maybe i could include more personal insights to whats inspiring me, whats being annoying me, where we've been, and generally how we've been passing time?

Anyway, i will stop now and see if this has worked !!!
